Authors are requested to check the formatting of the paper prior to final camera-ready submission. A paper will appear in the proceedings:

  • If at least one of the authors of the finally accepted paper registers by paying appropriate fees before the registration deadline, 
  • Submit online the IEEE e-copyright form, 
  • Upload a camera-ready version of the paper (as per the instructions), 
  •  Fill up the google form, and 
  • Presents the paper as per the schedule. 

IEEE reserves the right to exclude an accepted paper from distribution after the conference, including exclusion from IEEE Xplore, if the submission does not meet IEEE standards for scope and/or quality. Articles excluded from further distribution shall be archived by IEEE but shall not be indexed or appear on IEEE Xplore. Please follow the following steps to finalize the camera ready version of your paper:

STEP 1: FINAL CAMERA READY PAPER PREPARATION

  • You are requested to revise your manuscript carefully according to the comments of the reviewers and do thorough proofreading of the manuscript to confirm that it will require no revision.
  • Please carefully correct grammatical errors and typos.
  • Please properly format the paper.

Similar to the initial submission, the following criteria must be followed:

1) Paper Length: US Letter or A4, 

2) Allowable file size: 5 MB

3) At this stage, the authors must include their names, affiliations, postal addresses, and email addresses in the paper.

4) Insert header and footer on the first page of your paper as follows:

5) Your final submission should be renamed as PID.pdf

6) Page limit: 4-6 pages (including all figures, tables, and references. Under any circumstances cannot exceed the limit of 6 pages)

Plagiarism and Multiple Submissions: ICPS 2023 will strictly follow IEEE policies for plagiarism and multiple submissions.

You need to check the similarity report and reduce the similarity of your paper below 30%. The conference committee will not be able to process your paper if the similarity is more than 30%.

STEP 2: IEEE XPLORE COMPATIBILITY OF PDF FILE

The final camera-ready pdf file of your paper must be IEEE Xplore Compatible. You may convert your paper from your source application format to Xplore-compatible PDF by using IEEE PDF eXpress

Please follow the guidelines provided in the following link  (***link PDF express***).

In brief, you need to follow the following steps:

  • Enter the following:
    • 60393X for the Conference ID
    • your email address
    • a password
  • Continue to enter information as prompted.

Once you log in:

  • Upload the source file that contains your paper for conversion
  • Receive by email the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF of your paper

Next, you need the camera-ready pdf file that is generated from the IEEE PDF eXpress or passed by the PDF eXpress compliant checking).

Please along with the IEEE PDF eXpress compliant pdf file preserve a copy of the compliance message from PDF eXpress which needs to be submitted during your registration. The submitted proof should be renamed as PID_pdfeXpress.pdf.

STEP 3: CAMERA READY PDF FILE SUBMISSION

Login to your Microsoft CMT Author Portal:

Upload your final camera-ready PDF file of the paper (Generated from IEEE PDF eXpress or Passed the PDF eXpress compliant check) by clicking the “Create Camera Ready Submission” field shown in “Actions” Column of the Author Console and submit your final camera-ready through the system. The submitted proof should be renamed as { PID_ieee pdf eXpress compitability.pdf }

Note:

  • All submissions must have no password protection on the PDF file, and all fonts must be embedded.
  • All submitted papers must be written in English.

STEP 4: ELECTRONIC IEEE COPYRIGHT FORM (ECF) SUBMISSION

Login to your Microsoft CMT Author Portal :

Click on the “Submit the IEEE Copyright Form” field shown in the “Actions” Column of the Author Console. Follow the instructions of the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) to complete the e-Copyright submission. A PDF copyright document will be created and stored on the IEEE file system automatically. You will have the ability to download the document. The authors will also receive an attached copy of the copyright form in email. A copy of the copyright form needs to be uploaded during final camera-ready submission as an additional document. Please rename it as PID_copyright.pdf.

Note: ONLY electronic submission of copyright form is allowed and transferring IEEE copyright form electronically is a necessary requirement for publishing your paper in IEEE Xplore.

STEP 5: REGISTRATION

Please check registration details at the conference website and do your registration in order to participate in the ICPS 2023. Authors are required to register and pay their registration fee by the Deadline. Please use the following link

STEP 6: PAPER PRESENTATION

It is expected that authors of registered papers will be presented during the conference paper presentation period (December 13-15, 2023). The technical program schedule will be updated on the conference website soon.
